Dear Google, Please help responsible webmasters cut their carbon emissions.

It's well known that oil can be more easily accessed in certain places.

Similarly, reliable sources of alternative energy are more readily available in specific geographic territories.

We, the undersigned, believe that anyone choosing to host their website in a foreign territory where 100% green hosting is more viable should not be penalised in the search rankings of their own country.
