Adding a domain to your hosting with Epicado
To add domains to your hosting package, you need to:
1. Login to your domain name control panel or contact your domain name provider and change your DNS settings to:
ns.rackspace.com
ns2.rackspace.com
If you need just an ‘a’ record change, please contact us before making any domain record changes. There’s an extra cost of £2 a month for a unique IP address.
2. Send an email to service@epicado.com requesting that we add this domain to your plesk account.
3. It should take up to 48 hours for the DNS to propagate (in layman terms, that means it takes time to update all the nameservers with the new address for your domain)
